| Cancellation policy |
Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.

Driver must be 21 years +. 5 door Hyundai Getz, auto. 2011 model $1.00 per day due to insurance purposes. $100.00 deposit required to secure your booking (transaction between owner and driver not Transfercar). Possible to take up to 10 additional days for $65/day! Insurance included but your bond will be $2000 (21+ driver)- only a preauthorisation will be taken (valid credit card is required - no debit cards). Once you have been accepted please contact us within 24 hours to confirm your booking and pay your deposit. |
