A Total Protection Package is available to renters over the age of 25 for an additional fee. If this package is selected it will reduce your Multi and Single Vehicle Accident liability for an additional $38.00 per day (1-3 days), $32.00 per day (4-7days), $24.00 per day (8-14 days) or $18.00 per day (15+ days). By selecting the Total Protection Package, you will reduce your financial responsibility for accident damage to $250. The hirer is given the benefit of this coverage subject to the conditions of hire.

| Cancellation policy |
Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.
