| Cancellation policy |
Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.

This vehicle is to be collected from an auto repair shop and taken to Travellers Autobarn Brisbane. There will be no Travellers staff upon arrival, you will receive the keys from the mechanic. The entire $3000AUD bond is to be frozen over the phone at the booking stage. All terms and conditions and agreements will be signed via email or online.
With our relocation, we offer our standard protection option which has a bond and excess of $3000- which is just a pre authorization on your credit card (amount will be blocked for up to 10 business days). No excess reduction option for relocations. As well, we have a $200 cancellation policy. Please note, you are not booked or confirmed for a relocation until we have spoken to you on the phone and taken your credit card details.
