Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.

With our relocation, we offer our standard protection option which has a bond and excess of $2,500- which is just a pre authorization on your credit card (amount will be blocked for up to 10 business days). No excess reduction option for relocations. As well, we have a $200 cancellation policy. Please note, you are not booked or confirmed for a relocation until we have spoke to you on the phone and taken your credit card details. Please note, we are only open half a day on SATURDAY( Last pick up/drop off time is 12pm) AND we are closed on SUNDAY. PLEASE NOTE YOUR RELOCATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE HAVE SPOKEN ON THE PHONE. PLEASE CALL TO CONFIRM RELOCATION WITHIN 12HOURS |
