THE upcoming event for Australia right now is the Byron Bay International Film Festival (BBFF)!
For 10 days (28th Feb-9th March) across 5 different venues, film lovers can experience the glowing independent film industry of Australia and abroad. Categories of films shown range from documentaries and short films to music videos and animation. They all share the core theme of BBFF though – content that seeks to raise social, cultural and environmental awareness. So there’s far deeper meaning than just enjoying some moving pictures if that’s what you’re looking for.

Heading to BBFF 2014 isn’t the only thing you could be enjoying though. Byron Bay is a stunning location for any traveler to visit.
